Our service capability operates 24/7 x 365, staffed by 1200 Field Based Engineers 300 of which are technical network specialists, trained to provide support on core equipment in voice, LAN and WAN, with expertise in networking protocols and data communications. Our engineers can be deployed on site or called out to provide rapid response to remote locations.

Network Security is at the forefront of our service provision. We approach security across each layer from perimeter to internal threat protection. Our Specialist Support Service (S3) teams are vetted to meet a range of customer security requirements including MOD, HMG, Emergency Services and financial accreditations.
