Naturally you need to be sure your services are normalised as soon as possible after device failure. In these cases we will replace the equipment and provide rapid onsite engineering assistance. Response times, cover periods and SLAs can also be tailored for individual network devices according to their importance. Amendments to the configuration of a WAN device are flagged and documented using Servo's ITIL-based change-control process.
