Servo's Associated Product Configuration Services is a suite of essential ancillary functions designed to enhance the capabilities of the products you source from us.
These are normally replacement services, of great benefit where Servo's fees for supplying specific onsite services would be significantly lower than the costs incurred should you perform similar processes internally.
Normally, our low touch approach to product delivery means that when an item passes through Servo on its way to you, we actively try to keep costs as low as possible as a matter of course. With the addition of Associated Product Configuration Services, the costs remain low via our application of build and configuration mechanisms.
Since our Configuration Centre handles more than 5,000 individual jobs per month, we can pass on to you all the advantages of aggregate knowledge and economies of scale. You gain the added value of an important supplementary technical service, while enjoying the benefits of a more stringent and controlled application of customer-specific builds.
We also offer an online build queuing system. Accessed through our Customer Suite function, this enables you to track your configuration processes and accurately judge how quickly you will receive your equipment.
