Overview
STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY
Servo's customer benefits are based on three abiding customer commitments: to lower the overheads associated with your IT infrastructure and its management; to implement a robust, secure infrastructure in such a way as to mitigate your business risk; and to help ensure your IT infrastructure allows you to outperform your competitors and increase your market share.
As a mid-sized enterprise, we have a unique affinity with the UK mid-market and we understand fully the business challenges faced within this rapidly-growing sector.
Company overview
Servo was formed through the merger of ICM Managed Availability Services and Servo Computer Services. Originally formed in 1979, we now employ some 500 people throughout the UK and have a turnover approaching £100m.
We offer an exceptionally wide portfolio of services, from
hardware support to fully-managed IT infrastructure. With the added
muscle of our parent, the Phoenix IT Group, our range extends to
network provision and Business Continuity services. The group
turnover is £230m and employs over 2300 staff.

We are also well placed to relieve you of the need for reactive and costly IT fire-fighting. If you have in-house IT professionals, our services will free them to focus on aligning technology-based operations to business instead of routine systems support. Meanwhile, you can concentrate on your priorities: ensuring a better business performance, sustained growth and increased profit.
We work in a wide variety of industries and take pride in our extensive vertical skills. As a customer, you can take advantage of our service quality and our technically proficient people. While we have a uniquely consultative approach to IT infrastructure management, we are also well versed in hands-on technical provision of products and services, with minimal outsourcing to third-party suppliers. At all times we will remain responsible and accountable, working closely with you to understand your needs and help you achieve your goals.
