Retail Finance faces extreme IT challenges; first the majority of “product” is virtual, this means that the production and distribution, storage and management of “product” is done using IT.  This places an enormous responsibility on Financial IT staff and requires a significant investment in IT systems and the overall infrastructure; the equivalent for a manufacturer would be the entire plant, warehousing, logistics and management for high value products being done by IT.  It’s no surprise that leading Banks, Building societies and Insurance companies turn to Servo to provide them with and manage the reliable infrastructure they need.
