Vista expert, Paul Russell, can discuss how by taking an IO model approach, helped a private City based banking client to optimize its infrastructure in preparation for a CRM solution. Using the IO model, Servo was able to assess the bank’s particular requirements and deliver a network upgrade to support the successful roll out of the CRM solution and subsequent business change projects.

“In the past, we would not have thought about building up a customer’s infrastructure in preparation for a CRM solution — we would have just sold the servers and software” explains Russell “Now CRM is going to dramatically drive our customer’s business so they can see the progression of their IT life cycle. As a result, we have an ongoing relationship with the customer, and we’ve done more work with them since the initial project.”
